David Maxwell has been with PAULS since 2015 and his experience during this time has included sourcing debt and equity, forming complex financial structures and underwriting acquisitions and developments. David currently overseas PAULS’ debt portfolio and Financial Planning and Analysis department. Prior to joining PAULS, David was the Treasury Manager at two separate private REIT’s, each comprising over 40,000 units across the United States.
Lisa is a passionate, multifamily leader with a successful history of working with diversified assets. Before joining PaulsCorp, Lisa spent 22 years of her career with JPI overseeing portfolios in all major markets throughout the US. He brings over ten years of Finance experience including five years of Corporate Multifamily experience. Aaron received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Bowling Green State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Cleveland State University. In addition, Aaron has his FP&A certificate from AFP and will be working with David Maxwell to expand the Financial Planning & Analysis department.
